The staff members were very helpful and friendly (especially at reception). I found the hotel very clean. Parking overnight cost £10, and check-in was easy.

My room was a little too warm, and I couldn't control the temperature.

The hotel boasts a large car park. You have to pay for it, but it is very convenient! Breakfast started early at 06:30, and the quality surprised me. It was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I found no USB charging points in the room. I think this is essential nowadays.

we were pleased with the hotel's proximity to the rail station. The staff provided a friendly welcome at check-in, and they answered all our questions helpfully. Breakfast offered a good selection of fresh items, and there was little queuing. The hotel also offered spare pillows, very accommodating.

I noticed some slight wear in the bathroom with a little rust. this did not affect functionality.

the location is great near the port. it suited my needs for a quick overnight stay before a trip.

The staff provided fantastic customer service. The location works perfectly, as it is a short walk into the town for a drink. I found the location excellent because it is very close to the cruise ships. This made it ideal for my needs.

The room was a bit too warm for my liking. There was no way to control the temperature directly.
